- ADArihaan DeshpandeMar 20, 20261.0This was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. The Asian man seems to only know how to do one basic style, and no matter what you ask for, you end up with some variation of the same/only haircut he knows how to do, this was mainly because of a language barrier where he did not know English. I gave clear instructions and even showed reference photos, but it was obvious he either didn’t understand or didn’t know how to execute it. The communication was a serious problem. There was no real back-and-forth to confirm what I wanted, only silence through the whole haircut as I trusted him to do what I requested. Also no effort to clarify before starting. That’s not a small issue as if you can’t understand your client, you shouldn’t be cutting their hair. The end result was uneven, poorly blended, and nothing like what I requested. It looked rushed and unprofessional. A barber should have a range of techniques and the ability to adapt to different style and this man clearly demonstrated he doesn’t meet that standard. I wouldn’t recommend this man or shop to anyone looking for a clean, precise cut to all ages. Though I was a regular customer once before, it appears their new faculty has been replaced by sub par deadbeats. Would give lower if I could.

One of the hair stylist kept mocking an 80 year old man for nodding his head when she asked if he liked the haircut. The poor man didn't even know he is being mocked. Then when unfortunately my son started his haircut that same lady was telling him to keep straight and look down as if he is a prisoner. I kept quiet but this should not happen to anyone's kid. If you cannot treat kids the way you should, do not offer that service. Horrible place, never going again.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
