  Jackie is amazing & you can tell she puts extra love and passion into what she does. Before I met her the previous client walked out saying how amazing she was.. Jackie asked me “let’s talk about what you need for your massage “ & I said whatever she had lol Then she delivered!!!!! She was so good, I was like I need a membership just to come back and see her all the time!

  I received a gift card as a gift, and it was decent. Massages aren’t my thing usually, but the atmosphere was relaxing and the therapists were professional. Although, I booked for a group (me and my boyfriend) with the assumption we would be together during the massage. Also, when you book as group, the cheaper, shorter massages aren’t available for some reason. If I knew we weren’t gonna be placed in the same room, I would have just booked two seperate massages. it seems that the group booking option is meant to make you obligated to choose the more expensive one. It’s a bit deceiving I guess. I also informed the therapist before hand that I have pretty bad eczema, and she reassured me she also has very sensitive skin and the lotion they use don’t make her breakout. I trusted her, and the next day my neck was covered in hives and various other eczema spots were swollen and very dry and painful. I don’t think this is the therapist or boutiques fault, but definitely be wary of your skin sensitivity and consider bringing your own products if need be. The therapist was great, but the website was a bit deceiving.

  I had such an amazing experience this time round with Crystal! If you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist near the Prosper area, I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly friendly, caring, and immediately makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Crystal really listens to your body needs and tailors the massage to you. Her technique is incredible, especially if you’re looking for lymphatic massage or tension relief. I recently tried the Gua Sha add-on, and OMG it was amazing. It helped release so much tightness and you can feel the difference right away. You can tell Crystal genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. If you’re anywhere around Prosper, Celina, or the surrounding area and need a great massage therapist, definitely book with Crystal. I will absolutely keep coming back!

  I had an amazing experience with Amber! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to ask about problem areas and really listened to what I needed. Her technique was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic — I left feeling completely refreshed, lighter, and pain-free. Amber is professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a high-quality massage. I’ll definitely be back!

  I checked in at 9:59 AM and was out by 10:53 AM — and that time included waiting, consultation, and two dress changes. Based on that, it doesn’t seem possible that I received a full 50-minute massage. I also paid an extra $10 for a 10-minute head scalp massage, assuming it was an add-on enhancement. I was not informed that this would be included within the 50 minutes and reduce my full-body time. Paying extra to take time away from the service feels misleading. At checkout, I was directly asked if they should add a 20% tip without being offered other options, which felt uncomfortable and pressured. I have a membership, but this experience has made me reconsider due to concerns about transparency and business practices.
