  Please teach your employee to acknowledge the existence of customers that aren't white. It was empty and the Middle Eastern/Asian woman with long black hair never once approached us until I had to approach her to ask her for the location of what I needed. We have money to spend as well!!!! I'm returning my item and purchasing elsewhere because I'm sick of the same treatment from Sephora EMPLOYEES. This location sells you used items as well so BE CAREFUL!!!!!

  Ugh! Had the worst experience with Robin! I never review sales ppl but my goodness this lady needs training in customer service. And I saw her trying to train a new employee today, lol what a joke. Tony(the new employee) was amazing! Asked me if I needed help then gave very informed opinions about the kind of perfume I was looking for that helped me purchase 2 bottles that I was very satisfied with. Where as Robin, who's supposed to be the seasoned employee, snapped at me to not place the scent strips next to the testers. I said I promise to remove them, I just have them up to help me know which ones which. "Well you're not supposed to do it! You can write the names on the strips, but don't keep putting them on the shelf!" Then she proceeded to block my way to the perfumes because she was fixing the shelf 😂😂 i had to lean over her on the tips of my toes to reach the perfumes after I got rid of the strips, because she refused to move out of the way. At this point I actually started giggling it was so absurd. She is like this every time I'm there, I would always think this poor lady is having a bad day...and am always very kind to her. But I've run out of excuses for this horrible attitude. Please get her back in training. I can think of several ways she could have addressed the issue of the strips in a way that would not have been childish and insulting-starting with asking if I needed any help as I was going back and forth between the perfumes for a while. Sephora your customer service is severely lacking in this particular employee. And I can see by the last review, that's also very obviously about her!

  Came here last Saturday looking for a particular Tarte brand tinted moisturizer. Asked the lady at the counter, (I believe the manager) if they had it. She had a very arrogant/rude demeanor as if it was a problem to have to look to see if they had it. She then started moving things around on the shelves in that area after telling me that she didn't see it. All the while I thought she was trying to see if she might actually find it, until I realized she had just took it upon herself to straighten the area while I was standing there never looking back at me to say anything else. Such a weird interaction. I simply walked off and grabbed something that I did know they had. She then went on to say that I had 85 points when checking out, so I asked her if I could use them for anything. Her response was "nope!" Pretty darn unprofessional if you ask me. Like lady.. I also live in Frisco, no need for the arrogant/snarky attitude towards your customers. I'll just pick a different Sephora next time. SMH
