Rest assured, if you don’t make it back by the 30th day you will be SOL because they won’t let you exchange it for the right shade! Crazy right?! You’ve been warned 😊 The assistant wanted to match me again and pay for it again, what an actual joke. Horrible customer service, Ulta all the way from now on.

I really wish I got her name because her enthusiasm just set the tone to being our experience. Bri helped shade match and showed me her personal favorites that would cater to my needs! She was so sweet and & made me feel so welcomed! Bri really took the time to help me find different concealers and foundations. I had an amazing experience at this location and will be returning back soon because of the hospitality that we received. It's one thing to service clients but to go out of your way and be so kind made my night. The day prior my sister and I had a really bad customer service experience :( at a different store so it just felt so refreshing to be welcomed!!
