  Was reluctant because of the reviews but I must say that Terri was absolutely amazing! She’s got years of experience and walked me through the whole process. I’m excited to know I have a hair stylist that I can trust!

  I got my hair done with Jenny! She was amazing. I got highlights and cut. She was very kind and supportive of how I wanted my hair done. Will 100% return and ask for jenny every time!

  Beware that even though a stylist is available to provide a particular service, they may have no experience providing that service. Tasmin started by applying relaxer to my already retouched hair instead of my roots which was the initial red flag - every relaxer kit clearly states that relaxer should be applied to the roots first! She altered her approach at my insistence and barely combed the relaxer through the hair with a large comb. I was willing to overlook all these, till I realized that I had sustained a chemical burn from the relaxer at a spot where it was not properly washed out from. My hair also looked dull and took effort to comb unlike my prior experiences after relaxing my hair. Even though she claimed she had been a stylist for years, she probably has not had much experience with relaxers and it would have been best to decline the job or pass it on to a colleague. Before you sit in that salon chair, ask whether the stylist has experience with providing the service (because the JCP Salon website does not indicate this) and don't ignore red flags.

  I am so unhappy. I ask for what was in the picture and those even look close enough in my hair . Mai was the hairstylist she seems she was in a hurry to do my hair !! Plus they charge me $240 for this she totally messed up my hair 😔😔my curly hair is not the same it looks really damaged!!!!! Some highlights looks just like they got bleached!!!

  The management is extremely unprofessional and money hungry. I was booked for a specific slot, and my stylist was consistently harassed by the manager to work faster because another client had arrived for her even though it was still my designated appointment time. I was rushed through the process and was left feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. My hair was still wet and freshly washed when the manager came over and insisted her next client was ready. They are trying to squeeze in as many people as possible to profit as much as they can. I can’t believe that this is how they choose to run this salon. They’re exploiting the stylists and talking down to them… disgusting excuse for management. You should be ashamed.
