    Went here for a haircut. Respectfully asked the lady there to blend the sides : i was told you cannot be picky when you come with a coupon. Also the lady’s hand shakes while using the hair trimmer and scissors , i was scared i could get hurt. I asked the lady to stop my hair cut and asked for the manager ; was told manager is not here and was asked to leave.Lady also said dnt teach me my job! 🤨 Not looking for exceptional customer service here but atleast basic respect? - dnt think that is too much to ask for! Avoid this location ppl.

    This was by far my worst experience at Great Clips. I showed the stylist multiple reference pictures to help her understand exactly how I wanted my haircut, but she barely glanced at them and seemed to be in a hurry from the start. As she began cutting, I noticed she was going much shorter than what I had asked for. When I politely asked about the trimmer number she was using, she dismissively said, “You don’t need to know that,” which felt very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I had only asked her to not cut hair on the top but just even out, but she ended up cutting off nearly half of it. When I expressed my concern, her response was, “It will grow back in a week,” instead of acknowledging the mistake. That kind of attitude and lack of care is completely unacceptable. I’ve had decent experiences at other Great Clips locations before and even this one, but this visit was truly disappointing and left me very upset.

    Manager at this location is THE rudest, unhappiest human I have ever met. Thankfully I got my haircut from Diana, who’s sweet and did a good job.

    I’ve been to many Great Clips locations before, but this was my first visit to this branch — and honestly, the worst experience I’ve had. The stylist was rude and disrespectful right from the start. When I tried explaining how I wanted my haircut, she cut me off and said, “I know my work, you don’t need to teach me.” That’s completely unprofessional. It’s my hair — I have every right to explain how I want it done. She had an angry attitude the entire time and acted like she was doing me a favor instead of providing a service. At checkout, before I even pulled out my coupon, she suddenly said I couldn’t use coupons here — just because she saw another customer use one. Then she started talking loudly in front of other customers, saying things like I’m “not worth this price” or “too cheap.” That was completely out of line and humiliating. For the record, I earn well — I work for a Big 4 company and make around $15,000 a month — but that doesn’t mean I’ll waste money. Coupons exist for a reason, and using one doesn’t define anyone’s worth. It’s about valuing your hard-earned money. Even after all this, I still tipped her $10 — the maximum allowed on the screen — but she continued being rude. It was obvious she was upset about something personal and took it out on me. To the owner: please look into this. Your stylist’s attitude and behavior were unacceptable and completely ruined my day.(I’m not trying to be disrespectful — I just don’t know her name. For identification purposes, she’s an African American woman with short, partially white hair.) To the stylist: if you have a problem with Great Clips coupons or with customers, talk to corporate. Don’t disrespect paying clients. And remember — professionalism and respect matter more than attitude.
