He had a worst haircut ever, he looks like a clown in that haircut. Elena was the stylist and she even argued that she did it right. Worst customer service and no apology and argued with the customer and charged for the abosulotely worst service. His chirstmas pics are ruined because of her.

I was so proud of her. I’ve never seen a professional stylist panic the way that hers did when she realized she cut her bangs too short and just kept cutting without consulting the parent. Look at these photos. We were only seeking a refund when we called Tonnya today, but unfortunately, she was not willing to refund our nominal $20 and suggested bring my traumatized kid back there so they can take even more of her hair. She also refused to connect us with the owner. This was not handled well, and unfortunately a lawsuit will ensue. I’m very disappointed to have to spend my time on this. Do better, Tonya. Accountability matters.

The untrained old lady cut my kids ears and bleeding for some time. That lady did not listen to me she was cutting hair for my kid her own she just touched few centimeters after that she is saying it is done. She took 45 minutes to do that. When I complained to the manager and the owner and they are so rude. They are saying no refund. Totally nonsense people are running this branch. Don’t ever go here… they will make you kids bleeding
