Sat there like 90 minutes, came back without hair cut. At one point I was only one there and she cleaned and went inside for like 15 minutes by the time she came back someone else showed up. Never going again.

I checked in at 3:35pm and the wait time was 80 minutes. I reached there at 4:45pm and was 2nd on the waitlist with 8 minutes wait time when I got there. The owner/manager told me that she couldn't take me as there are already 4 persons waiting here and you are late. I told her that I have already checked in and 2nd on the waitlist but still she refused to take me and told that waitlist doesn't matter, you were not here on time.

After she started trimming the side the first thing out of her mouth was this is an odd style. I should have got up then and walked out. After another 10 minutes and here messing up my hair I was done. Paid because I felt bad but told her that I would never come back. If someone asks for a hair cut and you don’t know it then say so. This use to be my go to for my kids and I but no longer.
