Even after online check-in, she kept scrolling on her phone while we waited. When she finally took my son, she was rude, dismissive, and careless. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted PFA , but she said harshly, “I’ll just do all 4,” and rushed through the cut in under five minutes — no comb, no shaping, no proper finish. The result looked rough and uneven no hair to style just all 4 …how disappointing it must be for me … I can do this all 4 trim at home by myself and why to come for salon … At checkout, when my coupon didn’t scan, she mocked the code and acted irritated. After I paid, she didn’t even check do u need the receipt she just crumpled the receipt and threw it in the trash right in front of me. Such unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable behavior. I left shocked and deeply disappointed. Never going back to this Great Clips at Teel again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
