One of the hair stylist kept mocking an 80 year old man for nodding his head when she asked if he liked the haircut. The poor man didn't even know he is being mocked. Then when unfortunately my son started his haircut that same lady was telling him to keep straight and look down as if he is a prisoner. I kept quiet but this should not happen to anyone's kid. If you cannot treat kids the way you should, do not offer that service. Horrible place, never going again.

I live 5 minutes away so I checked in from the car and headed over there. I walked in with two other people who also were told no wait on line and were checked in. 3 stylist were there, but 1 left when me and the other 2 guys walked in. So 3 guys who were told "no wait" with 2 stylist...someone was going to be waiting.... The woman I spoke was professional, but told me I could not get a haircut unless I provided her with email, home address, phone number etc. Told her no, just need a cut fast and it told me online "no wait". she told me to hold on and disappeared for several minutes. I just left, it was an awkward experience.
