  What an amazing experience with Cat. We went in confused and came out with clarity. With help of Cat we found perfect products for our hair types. She is so welcoming and warm. Aveda has an asset named Cat in their store. Aveda you got your permanent customers ☺️ , would recommend to everyone

  On a trip to Dallas, I forgot to bring my Aveda hair products. The staff at this store was very helpful with getting me all the travel size I need plus free samples.

  There were two sales person, one old woman and one middle-aged woman. Old woman was very kind, and middle-aged woman was really rude! I could not understand the old woman's pronunciation because she is not a native American, so I had to ask again and again what she said, but this was not a big problem. When I did that, the middle-aged woman whispered with old woman, I could not hear what she said, but it seemed she talked about me. After I made a payment and got a receipt, I told her please give me a gift receipt as well. But a look of annoyance crossed her face and she told me that "You had to ask before you paid." I said "Sorry, I didn't know that." After that, she gave me another receipt with the prices written on it even though I asked for a gift receipt. When she gave me a gift receipt, I said thank you to her, but she did not look at me at all and even ignored my words. How rude she was!! But the old woman was so nice, she was so kind and always had a smile on her face.
