After our first visit, which I have no complaints about, we were offered a second visit for a more premium service at a discounted rate, if we booked within the next six months. When we arrived for our second visit, we were denied the premium service we were initially promised, which was the only reason we chose to book again so soon. I wish we had it in writing but since we didn’t, we felt that we couldn’t dispute what two of us had specifically been told. It felt very sketchy and uncomfortable at that point and no attempts were made to resolve the situation despite multiple of us understanding the original guarantee the same way. Unfortunately will not be back as we felt taken advantage of.

The specialist who worked on my skin was very kind and informative, which I appreciated. However, the microdermabrasion itself did not feel like the traditional treatment I’ve received in the past. Instead of the usual sandpaper-like exfoliation with noticeable suction, it felt more like a mild, tiny needle/prickly sensation with very low suction. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but I had expected more exfoliation and stronger suction with microdermabrasion. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations, so I likely won’t be returning. However, I did appreciate the specialist’s kindness and professionalism.

She has grown the Brand into an amazing business with two separate buildings next door to each other for the Day Spa and Med Spa. She Only hires the nicest and most knowledgeable Aestheticians. After Amanda, I have booked with many of the aestheticians over the years (12years now) but for the last few Sally has been my Rock. Whether you want a quiet and serene experience or a mini therapy sesh, she is my girl. I also had a great experience with Rebecca and she recommended a product I never even thought about using before. Over all these Ladies are constantly following the newest products and studies in skincare. Thank you so much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
