  I took my daughter for her second piercing and the service was above and beyond! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Nurse Cecilia made my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable. We left happy and well taken care of. Her second piercing came out perfect.

  Hannah was GREAT !! came in with my girlfriend so she can get a nose piercing and i left with my upper lobes pierced too ! was very knowledgeable on what she was doing and the aftercare process ! She also got me right with a cute cherry piercing for my nose, helped me put it on and everything, will definitely come back to see her for anything we need

  Nurse Hannah did an AMAZING job! She explained the process from start to finish and was very precise with the placement/spacing of the piercing! I ended up getting 3 lobe piercings. I will definitely be going back for more! Highly recommend going to Rowan(Baybrook)

  I was at Rowan this weekend to get my nose pierced. Nurse Hannah was so amazing!!! She explained the process so well and made sure I understood all after care for my new piercing. Hannah also pierced my sister in law and her daughter. We all loved her and will definitely be back!! I will never get piercings anywhere else!

  I came here to purchase a pretty jewelry piece for one of my piercings before my wedding in November and was told to come back the next day after making an appointment, which was no problem. When I came in for my appointment the next day, the nurse I first spoke to was very unfriendly and told me that they no longer accept appointments for jewelry changes. I was very kind to her despite her being very rude to me. Once I told her I knew what jewelry I wanted to buy, she told me to wait for another nurse. Once I had received the piercing change from another nurse, the nurse who was being rude began to be “nicer” and pretended to be interested in what I decided to purchase. While I was there, I noted the same rude nurse being much nicer to other people who coincidentally look nothing like me. Sadly as a brown woman (and the only brown woman there that day) I can’t help but feel like that was partly the reason why I was met with such rudeness. This may not be the case, but as someone who works in healthcare I was very turned off by how I was met by one of the nurses here. I will say that the piercing was beautiful, but I believe it was not clipped in well as I woke up one day and realized I had lost the piercing and could not find it anywhere.
