AMY was the nurse that installed my jewelry..she was professional and kind. The manager and sales associate were helpful and were able to get me in as a walk-in within a few hours. I overheard another nurse piercing a young girl's ears and she was compassionate, patient and professional..I was impressed with my entire experience and will recommend Rowan at Baybrook for anyone looking to get ear piercings and I will definitely go back for more jewelry soon.

We saw Nurse Cecilia both times for my 1 year old's piercings and a nurse evaluation after one of the earrings fell out. Cecilia is friendly, works well with children and she did a great job with the piercings. As a business, I think it's a little pricy but knowing you get professional, super safe work done by nurses makes it worth it.
