  Great experience getting our 3 month old daughter’s ears pierced! Nurse Rose took the time to be sure we were happy with the placement and helped guide us in holding our baby to make the process go smoothly

  I came here to purchase a pretty jewelry piece for one of my piercings before my wedding in November and was told to come back the next day after making an appointment, which was no problem. When I came in for my appointment the next day, the nurse I first spoke to was very unfriendly and told me that they no longer accept appointments for jewelry changes. I was very kind to her despite her being very rude to me. Once I told her I knew what jewelry I wanted to buy, she told me to wait for another nurse. Once I had received the piercing change from another nurse, the nurse who was being rude began to be “nicer” and pretended to be interested in what I decided to purchase. While I was there, I noted the same rude nurse being much nicer to other people who coincidentally look nothing like me. Sadly as a brown woman (and the only brown woman there that day) I can’t help but feel like that was partly the reason why I was met with such rudeness. This may not be the case, but as someone who works in healthcare I was very turned off by how I was met by one of the nurses here. I will say that the piercing was beautiful, but I believe it was not clipped in well as I woke up one day and realized I had lost the piercing and could not find it anywhere.

  Went in and asked a simple question about their jewelry and both of the nurses acted like I was speaking an unknown language. The energy was very off and unwelcoming. One of the nurses’ tone was snappy and she acted like she was annoyed by me not using the “correct” terminology for the ear jewelry measurements. I would never spend my money here. Hope they learn how to treat EVERY SINGLE customer or prospective customer with respect and kindness.

  Wish I knew about this place about 4 bad piercings ago elsewhere! Go here and nowhere else! We had Cecilia and she was such a skilled professional giving us all the correct info for care. Very impressed with her dexterity and keeping my kiddo comfortable. She was able to do taper which was explained to me as finding the old hole. Hope I got that right. Loved the quality of their jewelry too. I’m at ease knowing this won’t turn into a huge infection later. Go here, it’s worth it and it’s aesthetically pleasing! Go see Cecilia! Especially if you have nervous kiddos like mine who pass out with needles. Mine said it didn’t hurt at all or at any time want to pass out!!

  Cecilia at Rowan was absolutely amazing! She was professional, kind, and very thorough throughout the entire process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the jewelry and helped me pick a unique piece that was perfect for my daughter. She made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. If I ever had any doubts or questions, she reassured me that I could always call back and ask for her. That level of care truly meant a lot. Highly recommend!
