  I love the products that April recommended me she did my makeup and I love the way it came out she didn’t have to push or try hard to sell me anything she knows exactly what your looking for. I bought foundation, powder and bronze and two makeup brushes. If y’all need help April is your girl

  I visited the MAC store at Baybrook Mall this evening before closing and had a very disappointing experience. I waited about 10–15 minutes before the associate even acknowledged me, and when she finally did, she just said, “I will be with you shortly.” I waited patiently while she finished with the customer she was helping, but immediately after that, she took a phone call and carried on a full conversation instead of assisting the customers who were physically in the store. At that point, I decided to walk out. They lost a sale simply because the associate chose to engage in a phone call rather than attend to waiting customers. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I found the service to be unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I won’t be returning to this location, and I truly hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and prioritizing in-store guests.

  Went into the store and did not get acknowledged not even a welcome. Waited to be asked if I needed helped or if I was looking for something but nothing so we decided to leave :) it felt very unwelcoming.
