They said there might be a problem with the timing but they would contact me the day before.They just called an hour before my appointment to let me know they can't take care of me until a later time. I let her know that i could do a later time because it's the exact time I have to be at my party! She said ,"oh well sorry we can't so your makeup."! Super unprofessional and highly disappointed ! Good thing I can do my own makeup but for a special event like this I wanted to feel pampered.
