  I visited the MAC store at Baybrook Mall this evening before closing and had a very disappointing experience. I waited about 10–15 minutes before the associate even acknowledged me, and when she finally did, she just said, “I will be with you shortly.” I waited patiently while she finished with the customer she was helping, but immediately after that, she took a phone call and carried on a full conversation instead of assisting the customers who were physically in the store. At that point, I decided to walk out. They lost a sale simply because the associate chose to engage in a phone call rather than attend to waiting customers. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I found the service to be unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I won’t be returning to this location, and I truly hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and prioritizing in-store guests.

  Prejudiced and racist white employees! As a black woman who has worn Mac cosmetics for many years, I was offended when I visited this store. Employees (who happened to be white) standing around talking to each other and never acknowledged me by asking if I needed help or just to greet me as a customer. They all looked at me and continued to talk to each other. Oh, I was the only customer in the store at the time. If you are a woman of color, don’t shop at this store!
