  This place is great. They have a unique setting with each room having giant thick cloth curtains and super plush rugs and blankets. The table felt warmed and the setting was relaxed the entire time. Hannah was exceptional. Best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Very attentive and skilled, applied great pressure and felt great afterwards. You could tell she enjoyed her job. The hemp lotion add on made the experience even better and seemed more relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

  I scheduled my first massage with Jason, as I read raving reviews about him. And WOW, he truly is as great as all the reviews say. To start off, as a young female, he made me feel very comfortable and was professional the entire time. I did The Stretch deep tissue massage, which was painful and humbling, but I swear he somehow knew all the places that had tension in my body without me even mentioning it to him. It was my first deep tissue massage, so it was intense, but he was very encouraging. I'm not sure i'm brave enough to do another deep tissue massage, but I would 100% return to Jason in the future for any type of massage. You will not be disappointed.

  TL;DR: Shelmon is hands-down the best massage therapist you’ll find at The NOW—or anywhere, really. Don’t hesitate, just book with him, and thank me later! I’ve been getting massages on and off for about 15 years, and Shelmon is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. As a nursing mom to a 12-month-old, I’m running on broken sleep and a lot of stress—and frankly, I’m an anxious person. I’ve been a member at The NOW for about eight months and initially always requested female therapists. One day, only male therapists were available, and I reluctantly booked with Shelmon. That day changed everything. His professionalism and intuitive technique made me feel completely at ease. Since then, I’ve chosen him exclusively—five or six times now—and each session is incredible. If you’re on the fence, trust me—go see Shelmon. And to the management of The NOW: you’ve got an absolute gem.

  Having been a member of The Now Massage for roughly 5 years, I’m always impressed with the talent they continue to acquire. My latest obsession of self care is seeing Shelmon. When I need a complete reset, 80 minutes of absolute relaxation, and every tense knot in my body gone, he’s the guy to do it. He’s 100% professional and a true master at his craft.
