  I love Sephora. I’ve been giving them my money for more than 15 years! I have always appreciated the attention their associates pay to each customer that walks in…except for Sunday 4/12 early afternoon, when I went in to this location in Keller. I was going in to exchange a product for a different shade. The store was busy, but it always is right? I entered and the first associate I saw was standing there with her nose in her phone. Didn’t look up, or acknowledge me at all. I began to search for the brand of makeup I needed and was having trouble finding it. I walked by this same associate 3 different times during my search, and each time her nose was in her phone. Then, I saw another girl but she was talking to some guy selling Crunch Fitness memberships (inside Sephora). Finally a nice friendly associate saw me looking around aimlessly and offered to help; she was great, except she shade matched me with the skin on the back of HER hand, not mine (which I thought was odd, I’ve been in makeup sales before myself). I grabbed a few other products and then went to checkout…the guy at checkout was not friendly and frankly sounded and acted like he had no idea what customer service was. It was appalling. I will not be returning to this Sephora…if I wanted bad service I would shop at Ulta. I would rather just drive to Southlake where I have never had any issues.

  I had a wonderful experience with Sephora Customer Service representative Daisy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our interaction. Daisy assisted me with all of my recent purchases and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out, and she deserves to be recognized for her excellent service.

  My favorite go to makeup store!! They don’t always have everything in stock but hey, they sell the best beauty brands! Friendly staff, clean store and always a great shopping experience.

  natalie helped me shade match, i was in the store less than five minutes & it was a perfect shade match. i never leave reviews but she was so polite i would recommend her for anyone. edit: came back and was helped by the associate Daisy, she was so funny and helpful and made my experience so enjoyable and fun for me. she told me about the hidden easter eggs around the store for easter (that i had no idea of) and i was able to find the last one! sooo fun. it’s hard to experience genuinely great customer service but this location has treated me so kindly.
