They were very welcoming, professional and kind. I'd definitely recommend stopping by to check them out and get your hair done up properly.

I was told it would be 15 minute, but I gave up after over 40 minutes. They don’t do men’s haircuts by the way. Heard them, they are not barbers. Not coming back. Bad service.

Today, I was scheduled for a haircut, and the receptionist called and said Autumn (does a great job btw) was not there for some reason and asked if I wanted to see someone else. I said that was fine as long as that person does beard trim; she told me yes she does. Well halfway through my haircut, the hairstylist says she doesn’t do beards (not her fault because apparently the receptionist didn’t even ask her). After the haircut I spoke with the manager, and informed her how upset I was about everything, especially given how I was leaving that salon to go to another place to get beard trim; huge waste of time and inconvenience and completely the salon’s fault. I expected the manager to compensate, at least partially, the haircut but nope. So even though I’ll miss Autumn, I’m not going to go back there...I think the receptionists and the manager need more training, Because this is not how you run a business.
