  Went to the salon on Bailey Boswell, there were 2 women sitting playing on there phones, no one else in the building. I was greeted by one of them, she told the one still sitting it was her turn to work, the one sitting said no it's your turn. The one talking to me said no it's your turn, the one sitting said you do it, I DON'T WANT TO DO IT ANYWAY. They Mexican women, I am white. I said if neither of you want to cut my hair you don't have to, I turned and walked out, one of them said, wait I'll do it. I said no you won't and I left. They were rude and didn't care to do any work. They are not good for business and have no customer care. If I could not give any stars I would.

  Hands down the worst hair cut experience I’ve had for my kids ages 15 and 12. We walk in the door and Laura gets us checked in, she was very disgruntled and kept saying there was no phone number and she was struggling to get us signed in (I did check in online) and she never asked for my phone number. So they start their haircuts and they both proceed to answer their phone during the haircuts. Laura, who was working on my son, was talking on the phone and then when she got off she looked at what she had been cutting and goes “uh oh”. She didn’t do the cut we asked for, and it didn’t look good. Vanessa, who was doing my daughter’s hair, was looking at something on her phone every few minutes - I don’t know if she was watching a video on how to cut hair or what.. but she continued to do this all throughout the haircut. She also answered her phone at one point during the haircut. She was wiping her nose with the back of her hand and wiping that on her pants throughout the haircut too. At the end, Vanessa asks how the cut was, and I said alright, we will need to fix it. She just said ok. Then when we went to pay, I tried using my discover card, which didn’t work, and another stylist chimes in and goes “oh, we don’t take discover” and then proceeds to start talking to her client about how it’s posted right on the door that they take visa and discover isn’t on the list, clearly where I could hear her. I mentioned that we won’t be back because it was not a good experience and Vanessa just says ok again. Absolutely no one taking ownership of their work, taking pride in their work, or giving any level of excellence or customer service. While we were there, another client came in for a refund on a cut because it was so bad. My daughter burst into tears in the car as soon as we left and my son is processing how bad his haircut is…

  Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever received. The stylist was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in what I wanted. The end result was a mess, and I regret even stepping into this salon. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.

  I’ve been coming here for over a year, reluctantly. Every single haircut has been the worst haircut of my life. I’ve had a haircut from every lady in the store at least once. I kept going because it’s within walking distance. Never again after this last time. Stop being so chatty and focus on the clients hair! Just cut the hair. They always make a cringey compliment on my hair, “Asian hair is so easy to cut.” Then why can’t they cut it straight or even? The only fades you’ll get here are watching them fall asleep when it’s a slow day. Also there was a younger lady there wearing polyester leggings…please practice feminine hygiene. I should not be smelling how musty she is when I’m there for a cut.

  Went and had to argue on how my hair was supposed to be. Lady messed up and ruined the hair I been growing out. All she had to do we shave the sides of my head and leave the top.
