- ARAidas RoonMar 12, 20261.0about 6 months ago great clip messed up my daughter hair for her birthday party so bad the hair was chopped off from one side i went back in and they couldn’t do anything but to tell me that next time i get a hair cut they will charge me for bangs and i walked out upset! but didn’t say anything because i had no other option yesterday i went to the one on sage trail after getting my son hair cut i told them at the front desk if they’re going to charge me for bangs because of what happened last time without listening me she was nodding her head and i had to explain to her she was extremely rude said this is a whole hair cut mind you she didn’t even listen to what i was going to say and was nodding her head and when i explained to her she said i will ask my manager. the Chinese looks manager was standing next to the cashier! and she nodded her head and didn’t even speak and start working on the gentleman hair as i was speaking she started her trimmer and didn’t even pay attention to me she just ignored me i will never go back!!! i want a refund!!! they’re so rude and will mess up your hair dont go there and the manager is very mean and didn’t even listen!!! the manager didn’t listen to my complaints and concerns and was plan rude!!!!!!

This was not the case, after the worst haircut experience of my life I was left with my hair butchered. Completely uneven. When I went back to ask about getting it fixed I was met with "that is what you wanted"....no Mrs it was absolutely not what i wanted. I will say She was happy to "attempt" to fix it. It is still awful...... but I did not feel the need to escalate infront of customers. I will simply not be back. I did not get the stylist name but beware of the one with all the hair clips and the antics.

When I get to my car, I can see it's not completely done. Just awful. Fast service does not equal great service.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
