I visited the store specifically because the website indicated that a certain product was in stock. However, when I spoke with an associate, I was told that while they technically had the product, it hadn’t been processed or put on the shelves yet, and wouldn’t be for a few more days. If a product isn’t ready for customers to purchase in-store, it shouldn’t appear as “available” online. It ends up wasting time especially for customers like me who travel a long distance based on that information. Accurate availability would help avoid unnecessary trips and improve the overall customer experience.
