While entering, a white woman cut directly in front of me, no staff acknowledged or greeted me, and I received several uncomfortable stares. The overall atmosphere felt uninviting and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not return in person and will choose to order online instead.

Asked what kind of things I liked, and had a handful of recommendations based on that. There’s no telling how many husbands and boyfriends she has saved this year. - TMTina MontgomeryDec 21, 20252.0This place is always a madhouse. I went in to pickup an online order. Went to the designated area for online order pickup, but no one was there. A very nice young lady passed by and asked if I needed help and said she would send someone right over to help me. Angie/Angela showed up and asked another lady that came in after me, if she had an online order, scanned her barcode and proceeded to walk off! I stopped her and let her know that was there first and also needed to pickup an order. She wasn't apologetic but asked my name and went to get the orders. Came back walked past me to give the other lady that showed up after me, her order, then double backed to me and asked for my barcode. Still didn't apologize for the mix up, never once smiled or said 'thank you'! I get the store is super busy, BUT CS is a big part of her job and she should be trained better on how to treat customers in such situations but it didn't look like she smiled regularly. I'll be going to a different location going forward. Good Customer Service is important!
- KMKameron McNuttDec 20, 20255.0Yesterday I went into Sephora at this location to overhaul my makeup and had some ideas but really no idea what I wanted to switch to as my skin is maturing. I was directed to Mika who was proficient in Hourglass products and she took the time to walk me through step by step in application and color matching. She treated me like I was the only person in the store when it was absolutely crazy busy in there. I love the way my skin looks in these new products that she recommended and am grateful for her time!
