I don’t believe for one second that you care about this review because no matter what Sephora I go to the employee employees are always rude. And to add insult to injury, I returned the items I bought the following day And I returned all of them except for one. When I returned the items, the same person that was rude to me the night before is the same person who returned my items. She spoke to me she never engaged with me again after that. She didn’t even pay attention that one of the items were missing. She gave me all of the money back because she was not paying attention and Just wanted me out of her sight. And she acted as if I was on her nerves. Like I just said no matter what Sephora I go to the employees are always rude. You need to work on your staff at all . The reason why I keep shopping at Sephora is because I like the products that are there. Do better, Sephora.

While entering, a white woman cut directly in front of me, no staff acknowledged or greeted me, and I received several uncomfortable stares. The overall atmosphere felt uninviting and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not return in person and will choose to order online instead.
