Dianna who was working the front desk/ check out was amazing and welcoming! She was very helpful when I was picking out what earrings I wanted to get and was very educated on which ones would work the best. Nicolette who was the lady who pierced my ears was wonderful! She was quick and provided tons of information on after care and the earrings. My ears fully healed and I couldn’t be happier! If you visit Dianna and Nicolette are the best. 10/10 experience!

Only for me to end loving the place and feeling welcomed and well informed on the process I got my conch done by Brianna. Diana walked me through the signing in process and getting the setup and information all filled out. Brianna looked at my ears and gave her honest opinion about the what would look and the healing process. Down to actually piercing my conch. Pain less, safe, and fast. Aside from me running my mouth and feeling super welcomed and relaxed the whole process was less than 30 minutes. The filling out the paper work took maybe 12 minutes. Brianna got me back did ger thing and boom we were. She mentioned deep breath in and then turned to put the actual earring. I cant wait to return in 2 weeks with these ladies. They were truly amazing and gifted at what they do. Price was responsible because its sterile, with a registered nurse and safe. I didnt bleed. Thanks again ladies. Oh yeah they also welcomed my 4yo son with loving hands. Who had all the questions.
