I have a rather edgy haircut: short & spiky on 1 side, a smooth bob touching the bottom of my chin on the other. Not many can cut that! Sweet little Ryleigh can❣️Young, personable & kind, she always tries to please with the way she cuts your hair. Don't let that cuteness fool you. Behind it stands a professional giant with an amazing talent, her very own techniques at times and so much know-how! I hope you all enjoy her talent as much as I do!

I’ve been a customer for the past 4 years until November of this year. I’ve rearranged my schedule to have the same gal cut my hair. My haircut was $17.00 and I gave her a $7.00 tip - apparently the 41% tip on my bill was NOT to her satisfaction, due to the fact, she barely made eye contact with me at checkout and NEVER thanked me for the tip. This is the second time this has happened. Same gal, same price and same tip. I wrote off the first time, thinking she was having a bad day. However it happened again in November. I’m getting very tired of the self centered attitude - tips expected at a very high percentage rate and the lack of respect at 41% tip wasn’t acceptable. This gal drives a distance to get to this salon. It’s possible, she needs to make a distance change for her mental and financial health. Customers shouldn’t be expected to feel 41% tip is an insult to her craft. I won’t be back. I’ll find another place to get service. To be honest, my last 2 cuts were terrible. This gal, previously was amazing at cutting hair. Maybe it’s time for a career change. A simple thank you and eye contact goes along way. I’m insulted my 41% tip wasn’t what she was expecting. I won’t list her name - hoping this is a coaching opportunity. The salon manager should be able to figure out who the stylist is by the “hints” I left in my review. Hope change is in this gal’s future - for the sake of her mental health, her profession and business for this salon. So, I reached out to customer service via email as instructed. I received a pass the buck response. I then called customer service and received a very immature response from a “supervisor “. Apparently the franchisee will be getting back to me on a resolution to this mess. I’m so irritated at the handling of this entire situation. I’ve been insulted on my 41% tip given to the stylist and now customer service is passing the buck… I have a question…. Why is everyone giving their money to a company that doesn’t care about the customer???? And remember …. You must give more than a 41% tip to be treated with respect. Professionalism at its finest….. and to think this gal has been cutting my hair at this salon for about 4 years. I guess the customer doesn’t deserve respect…

The entire environment was pretty good. I wish I remembered the lady who cut my hair but she did a good job and gave me what I wanted. Not a bad place to get a cut and the pricing is good for what you get. Still wish they had the old pricing from years ago though. Parking is a little tight depending on how busy the other stores are but definitely not an issue. I’d recommend utilizing the online option to check in
