  Highly upset with the outcome of the haircut, I suggest you get your workers to know and learn the difference between a low, mid, and high fade. I had heard good things about this place from many friends and wanted to give it a shot. Came in with high expectations and left very disappointed. But it is a hit and miss cause my buddies did have a decent cut but would probably not be coming back to this place anytime soon.

  Came in as a walk in. Asked for my phone number, which I did not want to give because I am tired of all the spam calls. I was told I could not get a haircut without a phone number. When did a phone number become a requirement for this. Sad, they lost business from me. Would not recommend.

  Great shop. Line goes quickly but a bit longer on Sundays. Each stylist has their own specialties and you can request for a certain person when you check in.

  I went in and asked for a trim of my ends, some layers, and I wanted to try out wispy bangs. I already had face framers, but I thought that wispy bangs Would look good with them because they aren’t too thick. However, after I showed my hairstylist my reference photo she told me that the reason why that woman in the picture had so much volume is because her hair was messy. I was only showing her the reference photo for the bangs, And she asked me if I wanted more volume and I told her that I would be OK with adding a little more layers. So she said OK and she started to cut short layers in my hair which I was OK with initially because it would only be a few more than I usually get But I made it very clear to her that I wanted my hair to stay around the same length (With the exception that some of my hair needs to be cut in order to add layers, of course) But when I walked out of the salon, I did not have bangs nor did I have my face framers anymore. Instead, I had a mullet. I look nothing like the reference photo I showed her. I don’t have my bangs and I don’t have the same length that I had when I walked in there and I definitely don’t have the layers that I agreed to, but instead I have a 80s style mullet. I’m just shocked and disappointed with this outcome considering most of the women who work there have a license to be both a hairdresser and Barber But every time my husband gets a fade, it ends up being Very poor quality, and instead of being a fade, he’s just basically bald until the top of his head. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon ever And lesson learned I will never be going to a hair salon again unless I’m only getting a hair trim because that’s the only service I’ve ever gotten done here that wasn’t seriously botched. My hairstylist was super nice and we had a nice conversation and she got me in Without me having an appointment and her books already. I’m thinking that maybe this was a misunderstanding, but regardless my hair is much shorter and looks much different. I look like a little boy instead of a 20-year-old woman. I wouldn’t suggest coming here if you want to get any extra extravagant hair thing done and if you’re looking to get a fade, just be careful with who you are deciding to get it done by because I’m not sure why but most of the time when I see men walk out of this salon or my husband comes back from there they always look rushed and like they were not done very well. I only gave it a good review so this would be pushed to the top and more people would see it because I think that this is a ridiculous mistake. I unfortunately don’t have the best pictures of what my husbands fade looks like
