Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant and professional service.

One stylist working. And there are still people ahead. The 2nd stylist had to take a break. So now 15 minutes later. She decides she’ll work now and seat my son? So I waited 37 minutes outside the store. Then another 15 minutes inside the store. The posting and “wait times” are completely arbitrary and just made up. You’ll wait as long as they feel like. And your turn will be whenever they feel like it. They are so unhappy and moody people it’s like they angle to take breaks when there are a bunch of people waiting.
