- MKMadison KannegieserApr 3, 20251.0Not a great experience. Today I went to sephora to pick up some items. When I got cashed out I asked for my birthday item because it was 3 days ago. The lady who checked me out said “ I’m not able to give it to you “. That made absolutely no sense, she said they are cracking down and can’t give it after the month ended. I’ve been coming to sephora for years, and most times i’m out of town for my birthday and normally go to pick up my birthday gift within a few days after my birthday . And this has never happened at any other sephora i’ve gone to in the past for my birthday gift. So with her saying she can’t I called the sephora customer service to see if what she said was true . They said that shouldn’t have happened at all. And that customers are allowed a 2 week period after their birthday to get their gifts. I also wanted to change my email for my sephora account . I told her my new email and she proceeded to make a whole new account with that email . When all i wanted was just to switch over emails .
