She came up to me and asked if i needed help and I told her what happened and she helped me figure out a clean brand to try and told me about an app that helps you find out if products are clean or not. I really felt like she went above and beyond helping me. She really made my day!

I had to return things most of the time because my skin was just not having it and every time she was there for me trying to find something that would work she would walk around with me the entire store just trying to find something that would work for my situation she is kind, listens she"s patient I have never been treated so great by someone in beauty costumer service like she has! She is genuinely caring and understanding she is just awesome. All employees are amazing at this Sephora but Andy is just that girl! Thank you Addie keep being you! Excellent costumer service i would give her 20 stars if I could!
