She was notably difficult and passive-aggressive towards my brother throughout the entire haircut. I initially hoped it was just a bad day, but when another customer walked in, she immediately changed her demeanor and was completely pleasant and accommodating toward them. It appears this stylist chooses who she wants to be kind to. It is truly unfortunate that her technical skills are good, but her customer service is god awful. This specific stylist's poor attitude is consistent with other customer complaints I've seen. Management needs to address this issue, because one staff member's behavior is hurting the salon's reputation.
