    I brought my 8-year-old brother here for a haircut, and the overall service quality was very good. However, the experience was completely overshadowed by the consistently poor and passive-aggressive attitude of one particular African American stylist. She was notably difficult and passive-aggressive towards my brother throughout the entire haircut. I initially hoped it was just a bad day, but when another customer walked in, she immediately changed her demeanor and was completely pleasant and accommodating toward them. It appears this stylist chooses who she wants to be kind to. It is truly unfortunate that her technical skills are good, but her customer service is god awful. This specific stylist's poor attitude is consistent with other customer complaints I've seen. Management needs to address this issue, because one staff member's behavior is hurting the salon's reputation.

    Great clips generally has pretty good service but for some reason the staff here were just really unwelcoming. From the moment I walked in the door the lady that ended up cutting my hair seemed really upset to be there, and she has a passive aggressive tone every time she asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I put two stars because I'm generally satisfied with the haircut I got, but it wasn't a good experience and I don't see myself returning to this location in the future.

    Unfortunate that one of the best haircuts, and the worst I have ever had are at the same place. Unfortunately my last visit was the worst. I cannot believe that someone with a license to cut hair from the state of Texas cannot cut hair. It is uneven, poorly executed jumbled mess. The fade has a big notch where you just lost your place, yipped or I don't know. There are 2 different unfaded levels on the side of my head. The top looks like when you switched sides you forgot what you were doing on the other side, an then in the middle lost your balance and cut too much off. I don't know what the issue was, I just know I had to go pay someone else to fix my hair after paying you 27 dollars.

    Good Afternoon to Whom is Regarding, My wife wanted to get a simple hair cut. First of all your staff needs to have proper professional communication skills which they do not have in them. The lady who was serving my wife was very rude and moody. She missed couple of places cutting the hair and my wife respectfully told her if you can cut this missed spot. The lady was very rude told my wife on face I do not feel like doing it. Secondly are you guys providing services for free. Every client who comes in for the service they pay for it. You guys are not doing any favor on anybody. Thirdly on what terms and conditions you guys are asking for tips from client when you guys are being moody and disrespectful. I am also a business owner. I promise you either you take this matter seriously or I will make sure you will not be able to run this location soon. I have lot of contacts and I know what I am capable of doing. Thank you

    I infrequently have visited this place for quick haircuts over the years. It's nothing fancy but at the end of the day a simple haircut was all that was needed. The staff should learn to treat their customers a bit better. I walked out feeling very disrespected. There was 1 man in front of us checking out and i was the next in line. A stylist greeted me and i requested an appt. She was starting to help me and then just stopped moved to another registered and just stopped helping me to give her attention to a customer BEHIND ME Their haircuts are good enough but don't expect anything but mediocre on customer care.
