The white male barber with glasses was extremely rude and rough with my son. He rushed through the haircut, messed it up badly, and even dug the machine too deep into his head. He sprayed water directly in my son’s face, and when my son naturally flinched, he got upset and told him, “It’s just water.” I could see my son wanted to cry. He wasn’t being difficult or moving around. He was just scared and uncomfortable. I regret not standing up for him in the moment, but even I felt intimidated. We will never be coming back. Absolutely awful experience.

The white male stylist with glasses who cut her hair did a very uneven job. The layers are all over the place, and one side is noticeably shorter than the other. It looks nothing like what we asked for, and now we’ll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I understand everyone can have an off day, but this haircut was far below professional standards. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.
