The tech explained that my hair would not look like the photo I showed her if I got the same cut and why. We talked about the things that were important to me because I have physical limitations and cannot raise my hands above my head. We decided on an alternate style. She gave me a great cut and I have been VERY pleased with how simple it is to manage. The price was very reasonable.
