I had long puffy curly hair and they cut it down to almost a compelte buzz cut. They made my hair look like it's a animal setting on my head. I am now going to face humiliation because of this place.
- IAillianna araujoNov 6, 20251.0(there were 2 employees, 1 lady left so it was just the guy in the whole store by himself cutting hair) If I could leave 0 stars I would, Possibly the worst experience I was sexually/verbally harassed by one of the stylists (male) there, made me very uncomfortable during the whole process, told me personal things about himself and asked very personal questions about me and said sexual things to me about my breast/chest area, while talking to him I smelled a strong odor of alcohol from his breathe. Absolutely disgusting to be honest, when confronted about the situation by my partner, he got scared and closed the store 3 hours early and said he was going to call the cops but never did because he has kids, he made the other 2 people leave that were waiting to get their hair done. Will never give this place my time or money ever again. Don’t give this place your time or money please. And to add to that, he cut my hair in a zig zag and nothing was straight. I had to book an appointment with an actual salon to fix my hair😭, worst experience of my life.

Arrived at the time the text message told me that gave me a 15 minute wait heads-up. Waited outside for 25 minutes. It’s now 5:47pm with a 6pm closing time. Someone else showed up that was an acquaintance and had the 1 guy that was working’s phone number. He contacted him and the guy was on his lunch break and told him to hang out. Not a happy camper. Whoever you had working 10/14 afternoon/evening, it’s not a good look Great Clips.
