  Prime IV Hydration & Wellness truly exceeded expectations. The service was extraordinary professional, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. On top of that, the environment was incredibly relaxing, making the entire experience both refreshing and rejuvenating. Andrea explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable all while explaining all the wonderful benefits! Highly recommend!

  Today I had the pleasure of meeting the finest Team of professionals at this brand new facility. Let me first say Andrea the RN, Janet also RN, Vanessa client coordinator, and last but certainly not least Jordan EMT all treated me like royalty and took the very best care of me! They are very detail oriented and explained everything so extremely well to let you know all of your options and took time to really get to know me and what plan or course of action would best take care of my needs and help be be a healthier happier me. They first offered me a vitamin infused water that was so delicious I bought all 5 flavors and they do different things. So yummy! Then we picked my plan which I tell you what the membership is the only way to go I saved a fortune. Fast forward I get into a state of the art massage chair that was so soothing I was melting away plus I got oxygen I wore crocs without socks so they offered me a pair of warm… yes I said WARM socks so cozy and warmed blanket as well! The an extra warm blanket to prop my arm. I felt so good by then end I didn’t want to leave it is literally a vacation spa day here in El Paso it was so enjoyable can’t wait to go back do yourself a favor and treat yourself! You want regrets it! My name is Jonathan Ray Benavides and I give this place my stamp of approval! Trust me!

  Two days post op went to Prime IV. I was greeted with a warm welcome. Staff were very friendly. After receiving my recovery infusion, I’m feeling a lot better. The IV and oxygen combined gave me a boost. It was refreshing. I noticed a huge difference. Thank you Prime IV for giving me a positive experience!

  This was my first time visiting Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in El Paso, TX, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional, the environment is calming, and the little touches—like reclining massage chairs and warm blankets—make the experience feel luxurious. The facility is spotless, and I left feeling refreshed. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

  This place is truly amazing. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I felt so welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend all of their drips, especially the NAD injections—they’re the best! If you’re looking to stay healthy and feel your best, this is definitely the place to go. A big shoutout to my nurse Andrea—she was absolutely wonderful!”
