- ENEstrella NowakMar 26, 20263.0I decided to get bangs, and I didn't know where else to go, so I made an appointment online, which turned out to be the wrong location😑 It didn't matter, since they weren't exactly hoppin'. The girl was nice enough, but she was a little unsure of herself, and that made me quite nervous; I didn't know what I was going to end up looking like! I told her what I was envisioning, and she did a good job overall.
- ISIvana SierraMar 2, 20261.0I went in yesterday to get a trim on my length and layers for my trip and I left looking like a CHOPPED SALAD!!! The guy I got has no idea how to cut women hair! Ladies please please do not go with him. I don’t remember his name but he has short hair(buzz cut) and his arms and hands are super hairy, and he wears glasses. Literally I started crying because I could see the defined line of my layers and it was super uneven when comparing both sides. Before I left I even told him my layers looks like a line and he said “I’ll just frame your face. He even kept fluffing up my hair to try and hide his horrible job. He was hesitant to give me the mirror. I had to ask him for it. My hair was wet and so I went to Walmart to do some errands and saw the chopped job of a hair cut in the fitting room mirror! I went back and an older lady who was very understanding tried to help me but geez he did such a horrible job she couldn’t do anything to really make it better. I was crying in the salon I just wanted to get out of there. I literally have bangs in the middle of my head!! I hate this place now and I recommend no one go there! Or follow your gut and don’t let a hairy guy who doesn’t even start a conversation with you cut your hair! Now I’m going on my vacation looking like a damn chopped salad buffet! So upset!!!

- LGLorraine GarnicaFeb 7, 20261.0Never again . showed her a picture and even stated needed the cut super clean for my son . 1st time it was still too long , 2nd time asked her to do a 0 instead of a 1 and BRENDA stated she was going to charge another 18. not to mention the top and the sides where not clean at all or else i would of payed the full 36. sorry lady but no thank you . deff not coming again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
