- NANanea AMar 16, 20265.0I loved my birthday treat!! My masseuse , Lizette, was intentional in all she did and I loved it so much I didn’t want it to be over! Christin took her time with my mani pedi as the manager greeted me with a mini Bundt cake for my bday. I sampled all their teas! And I left feeling better than when I walked in. Everyone was SO nice and friendly - I really felt pampered. ❤️

The massage experience was absolutely amazing. The masseuses did a great job. The only thing that I would have liked, is to have been offered a drink. A drink was offered to another guest sitting 5 feet away from me and my boyfriend, but totally dismissed us. We were also asked what our favorite drink was on the initial paperwork. What was the point of that? In my opinion, that was part of the experience, but the ball was dropped there.

Oscar gave one of the best massages I've ever had - incredibly professional and attentive, and really focused on the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling completely relaxed. Marie also did an amazing facial. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. Highly recommend both Oscar and Marie if you're looking for a truly relaxing spa experience! I will definitely be back.

They changed my appointment schedule, and I agreed, but I mentioned that I might be about 5 minutes late. While I was on my way, I even called to confirm. However, when I arrived, a lady at the counter said she was serving another customer, and that I was not 5 minutes late, but 8 minutes late, so they couldn’t refund my deposit. I was very frustrated. Even though I’ve been there before, I don’t want to go back again.

I had been looking forward to the upcoming massage appointment, as it had been scheduled well in advance to celebrate my birthday with friends. First, the duration that it took the massage therapist to begin the massage from the time I entered the room was ridiculous. He then started the massage and then stated that he had to leave the room because he forgot a warm towel? Usually everything that is needed is in the room, not to mention this took forever for him to return as well! Then in the middle of the massage he stated that I needed to get up and switch rooms because the room I was in was needed for a couples massage. I was utterly baffled by this request because how are you going to interrupt my services because the room is now needed for another client(s)? I obliged and then waited yet another 8 minutes for him to return to finish this so-called massage. The massage itself was a joke, it was suppose to be a Swedish massage with the hot stones. There was no continuity or relaxing element to this massage at all! To say the least this experience was not what I was expecting, especially from this establishment that prides itself in exceptional client satisfaction. I mentioned all the above to the service desk when I was checking out and the girl gasped and her jaw practically hit the floor out of pure disbelief as to what had happened. She stated that she had heard of some similar things but did not elaborate and stated that the manager would be contacting me. Thank you Woodhouse for a birthday I will never forget!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit Cards.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time assuming you've filled out the necessary guest profile intake form. If the form has expired, please allow 30 minutes prior to the service time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile intake form. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort if time permits. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required if you book one service. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages, couples retreat's and multiple treatments lasting more than 1 hour. To ensure we can provide the best service, we require [24/48] hour notices for cancellations. With less notice, we are unable to fill the spot, and the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for lost revenue. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services to compensate for lost therapist time. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards, Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards and Care Credit financing. A Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase services only at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Donation gift cards expire by the end of the year they are presented due to tax restrictions. If names do not match what's on the gift card, information will not be released so as to protect the purchaser. If the recipient looses their physical gift card the purchaser will need to inform the spa that the gift card needs to be canceled and replaced with a new gift card number. It is not the spa's responsibility to locate lost or stolen gift cards or gift cards that have expired. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. The Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is non-transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. Only the purchaser of a gift card can elect to change the name on the Gift Card, but a $25 fee will apply. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities cannot be paid with Gift Cards and are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest with cash or a credit card payment.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit to your account.
