I’m not going back and forth. This is my experience and my opinion.

Take the feedback or don’t either way, it stands.
While I was shown a total on a phone, individual prices were not clearly listed or reviewed on the actual menu beforehand, which is where the lack of transparency comes in. For example, I was verbally told the gloss was $60, not $69, which is exactly why a visible price menu matters rather than totals being calculated on a phone.
For a single-process color, trim, and gloss, the final amount felt excessive given that I did not receive highlights or a more complex service. This review is not meant to argue charges, but to share my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. I also have concerns about the confidence and execution of the service, as it’s difficult to fully assess the cut while it’s styled, especially after adding layers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
Go elsewhere and save your money.
The facility looks nice, but the customer service was not it. The stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for, avoided showing me the pricing book, and added charges without clearly explaining them. I came in for a simple hair color and trim and somehow walked out spending almost $300. On top of that, she was very rough while working on my hair, to the point my head was literally moving from how hard she was pulling. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be returning.

I loved my stylist she was very engaging, loved the conversations we had, and I loved my haircut but later that night I noticed that the right side of my hair was uneven it was way longer than the left side and I had to fix it myself. Other than that fabulous service.

Mariana my stylist was absolutely wonderful. They not only listened carefully to exactly what I wanted but executed the cut flawlessly. I can genuinely say she did exactly what I wanted, and the result is perfect!
The positive atmosphere started the moment I walked in. The host was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.
Furthermore, the overall management of the salon was great. Everything ran smoothly and professionally, from the cleanliness of the station to the efficiency of the booking process.
Thank you to the entire team for such a stellar visit. My experience was great, and I will definitely be back!
