- JFJ FriasAug 5, 20241.0Today was not their best day..The manager is nice and professional but she had just left... i went in with my kids to pick up a lipstick i called for them to hold because I was going to have kids with me...I get there and the wrong lipstick is on hold and the young girl looks annoyed ..and how was that my fault that they can't read ..I called before hand because I knew what was going to happen going in there with kids.... my daughter sat behind the register and an associate of there's..in a horrible annoyed tone...says " GET HER SHE CANT BE BEHIND THERE." she was sitting there hiding from her sister...she could of asked in a different way...she just looked like a bothered/annoyed 20 something year old...So if they knew how to read ..the right color of lipstick would of been at the register and I would of been in and out...both girl's that there were rude and looked disgusted with their job... learn how to read and be a little more patient with the little ones and SMILe that's not the worst job for little girl's. I'm glad there's more options for makeup these days...Sephora is not the same from back in the day anyways✌️
