Unlike other stores when the employees see a customer looking at products they offer help right away. This store has poor customer service.

- MGMelanie GutierrezJul 13, 20251.0I had the worst experience at this location I bought two travel size fragrances my total was $78 and when I paid they told me the transaction got cancelled but my card got charged they proceeded to say that they had to charge me again or put my items on hold so I paid again because I needed the items they told me to wait for a refund never got it the employee was Jessica O she was very apologetic but the store still stole the money from my account and it was not $5 it was $78 DOLLARS I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. I called a few days later saying I never got my money back from the transaction and the store manager proceeded to say to make a dispute with my bank which I did and it got denied. THIS STORE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO
