  I came in excited about a lipstick, only to have my immune system throw a tantrum on me. Instead of brushing it off or making me feel like an inconvenience, the team here responded with empathy, professionalism, and care. They didn’t treat me like a “problem to fix,” they treated me like a person. They checked in, followed up, and handled everything thoughtfully and inclusively. It reminded me what good customer care should feel like. I ended up keeping the lipstick, not because I “had” to, but because I genuinely appreciated how I was treated. This particular store deserves recognition. Five stars, well earned.
