- LKLogan KeltieFeb 8, 20261.0I don't know what ya'll did, but my wife just came home crying. The 2 sides of her hair are completely different lengths. There's almost an entire layer missing from one side. If anyone is actually reading this, DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE.
- AMAshley MartinezDec 13, 20251.0I was supposed to get a formal hairstyle done at 2 today for a photoshoot I had a couple hours later. I arrived on time to be told my stylist wasn’t there. They had another stylist who could do my hair after a bit but not at my appointment time. I explained I was on a timeline and why. Long story short, I couldn’t get my hair done on time for my photoshoot. They didn’t bother to call me ahead of time or anything so I could have made other arrangements. It was a formal updo scheduled, so clearly it was for something. If they would have called me earlier in the day I could have figured something out, but instead they waited for me to get there? Very unprofessional and shows they don’t care about their clients very much.

I went in for my appt, showed her a few pictures, and gave her the basic concept of a half updo with twists vs braids and large curls in the back. I also had a rather large and somewhat heavy decorative piece I wanted to use and she made sure it was well supported by more than just my hair. She definitely knew what she was doing because, it didn't move, even after a bunch of hopping during the Cha Cha Slide. My curls held all night as well. Eight hours after having my hair done, I could barely tell a difference. I will definitely be a repeat customer if another formal occasion comes up or maybe just to enhance my curls for a night out. I included before, during, and after photos.
