He is only 2 years old and Alexis ( who is the manager) kept moving my sons head all violently, yelling at him saying “if you don’t stop moving I’m going to cut you” not only was she extremely rude towards my son and had no patience but she also left his hair looking awful. At a point she told my son “see I made a whole in your hair that’s what happens when you move” and proceeded to leave his hair like that. Keep in mind my son wasn’t moving. I also did give my phone to my son so he would look forward and she was also upset about that because now he wasn’t looking up. (She kept rolling her eyes because he wouldn’t move his head when she would move it) I did want to give the place a chance again since the first time we went everything went well but not after finding out she’s the manager I will for sure never be going back I had never taken my kids to get a hair cut with someone so incompetent and unprofessional.

I took 2 photos of what I wanted showing an actress from 2 vantage points playing a role in a movie, specifically wanting that haircut. I explained why I wanted it, short layers in the back, long pieces in the front, layered bangs that swoop and that I've gotten the haircut the last 2 times so that she could see I have the general shape, it just needs to be trimmed up... I keep one of the photos up on my screen the whole time she was working but it didn't matter. She disregarded what I asked for/was showing her and cut my pieces in the front that were supposed to be to my shoulder to my chin and angled up from there as a bob. It's nothing like the photo and she cut it so short there's no way to "fix it." I'm devastated that I'm stuck with this haircut that does not compliment me for the next 2-3 months.
