The hair stylist Michelle cut my son’s neck on both sides and she said nothing to me about it until he got out of the chair and I noticed. When I mentioned to her that she cut him she had the audacity to say it was an allergic reaction, I’m not stupid! It was clear as day that they were cuts, she didn’t wanna take responsibility! She had a very ugly attitude which is very disappointing, I mean she couldn’t admit her mistake and at the least apologize, she just wanted to argue about it. Great Clips please retrain this woman on customer service. Your customers deserve better!
