The owner or manager was a bit rude when I went in to ask a question and acted like she didnt want me there. I wont go back or recommend.

This was my first time coming and I can promise that I’m not writing this to win a Chanel purse lol I am genuinely HAPPY with my experience here. I walked in late and Tammy was able to fit me in. She payed great attention to detail and did exactly what I wanted! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you for working so hard Tammy! I’ll definitely be back 💕

Second time coming and I absolutely love it I tried their premium head spa package with Crystal and it was incredibly relaxing and I’ll definitely be coming monthly. The staff has constantly been welcoming and helpful they offer water and different beverages and do a lovely job with pedicures as well. The first time I came I went with Kim for a full set acrylic service and she was so incredibly nice as well as doing my pedicure. Amazing service overall and I’ll be happily returning.

The service was definitely very good, I got a pedicure and I'm very satisfied with the results. However be sure to be very direct with what you want, I specifically said I wanted just the French and ended up paying $15 extra for gel as well. When I saw her putting the gel on I should have said something but I was under the impression that it was necessary for the French tip. Other than that I did enjoy my experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this location. At the grand opening, I was explicitly told I would receive a $125 voucher toward a service as part of the new-business promotion. After waiting an entire month, I was instead given eighteen small vouchers worth $10–$15 each, which can only be used one at a time. This is completely unacceptable. I was misled, and the experience feels dishonest. For a new business, it is incredibly disappointing to handle customers this way. Unfortunately, because of this situation, you have lost a client. -Peter
