Well I must say I was NOT disappointed. I booked an appointment with a hairstylist named Bri short for Brianna, and let me tell you I went for a new look and she sure gave me that new look. Over all paid about 50 bucks, and tipped her 15. Which sounded reasonable for me. I give it a 5 star to JCPenny and the hairstylist.
