We were in and out quickly and efficiently, which is great for a little kid who doesn’t mind getting his hair cut. However, we will not be back after today. The first few interactions with our stylist were abrupt and unkind. Her tone when asking “will he sit still” said she didn’t want to work with him, she wouldn’t listen to him when he spoke and brushed him off, and then wouldn’t listen to me when I reiterated his statement. Then when they sat him down in the chair and started using the clippers the stylist told me to sit in the waiting area. I told her I wasn’t going to leave my 3 year old and that I’ve never had to do that before. I was told it’s a new policy. No parents “on the floor”. When I again refused they got uncomfortable and told me I could stand in the corner of the chair area “as long as it was okay with my stylist”. I understand a new policy and it’s okay that they have it. Again, my son is just 3. If we were told of the policy change before the hair cut began we would have just said it wasn’t a good fit and left. No big deal. However, based on this interaction we will not be back and will encourage any parents to not bring their kids of any age here.

Did an awful job on my hair that made my girlfriend laugh, and had an overall bad attitude the whole session. Didnt even say "Hello" just told me to sit down. I asked for recommendations on a style that would better fit my hair since im growing it out and asked for a simple clean up and said "I need something to work with what do you want?." and Im sorry but if youre a certified barber you should be able to make some sort of recommendation and just have a BETTER ATTITUDE. I could forgive all this if he just dropped the slightest bit of a smile, might have been having a bad day but a good attitude gets you places and the gentlemen who cut my hair this evening needs to understand the very basics of customer service which is first off say freaking hi or something not just tell me to sit down.
