  I had the worst customer service experience in my life. I called to ask if I was outside of the exchange time frame because the perfume bottle top broke on the third time attempting to use it. She stated that if I have an account, I could exchange it. I asked her could she type my number in to see. She said I did and to bring it in for an exchange. I told her I didn’t know exactly when I purchased it. She said ok. I hung up and prepared to go. She then called me back and asked what scent was it. I told her and she said they were out. I asked what was my time frame to exchange. She said she didn’t know and that I could exchange it at Flower Mound. I told her I lived near Denton and wasn’t driving that far. I then asked if I could get another scent and she said ok. I told her I would be on the way. I get there within 15 minutes and she’s gone which is understandable because her shift ended. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Hanah. Hanah looked it up under my number and told me I was well outside of the exchange window. I explained my frustrations to Hanah and asked what could she do within her power to assist me. She stated she could give me $10 (Khol cash). I told her to keep the Khol cash and spend some time coaching the young lady. The only reason I go to Kohl’s is to purchase products from Sephora. This wasn’t handled correctly at all. People chose where they want to spend their hard earned money. One person doesn’t represent the entire company. If no one contacts me to resolve this, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

  Sadie assisted me while perfume shopping and she helped me find my new found signature scent! She was so amazing!

  Sephorah-ish... don't come here for the full line of anything. I've been to several in Kohl's and this barely carries anything and a bunch of samples
