Despite clearly explaining what I wanted, she proceeded to do the haircut entirely according to her own preference. On top of that, her behavior was unwelcoming and unprofessional she was shouting while I was trying to explain my requirements and showed a complete lack of empathy and customer care. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.
