They can’t even understand what I’m trying to explain and end up yelling instead. I could have argued back, but that’s not how things should be resolved, so I stayed calm, didn’t say a word, and walked out with the worst haircut. I had to come home and fix it myself. This is a service-based business, if you’re not even listening and not being polite to customers, who is going to prefer your service? They keep switching staff all the time, and the previous ones were much better at understanding what kind of haircut we wanted. I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years, and after today, I no longer want to come back. Be patient and empathetic toward your customers, understand their requirements, and give them the haircut they ask for. Being rude won’t get you anywhere in life.
