- AAAlyssaDec 14, 20251.0I received the WORST haircut of my entire life here yesterday (and I'm including the time my sister threw a melted marshmallow into my hair and we had to cut it out)! The woman who cut my hair had been called into work because they were busy. I was her first, and hopefully only, client of the afternoon. She was clearly extremely annoyed to be there. I asked for a simple haircut- shoulder length with a few layers. What I got was so atrocious I barely made it out of the building before crying. One side is an entire inch longer than the other, there are a ton of VERY choppy layers, and it's so short I can't even put it up in a ponytail to hide the horror. It took her less than 15 minutes to massacre my hair before she asked me if it looked ok, immediately said "looks good to me," and quickly took off the cape and told me to go up front. She didn't even offer to let me look at the back. I honestly was afraid to see the back and just wanted to get away before I burst into tears. It's so bad I can't even go somewhere else to get it fixed without turning it into a pixie cut, which I can't handle styling daily. I've never even been close to crying over a haircut before, but I have cried so many times in the last 24 hours because of this haircut. It's going to take MONTHS for it to grow out long enough to be able to have it fixed (somewhere else).
