  I recently had a massage at The NOW Massage Lower Greenville, and it was easily one of the most relaxing and thoughtfully executed experiences I’ve had in Dallas. Many reviews mention how attentive and skilled the therapists are, and I completely agree that level of care really makes a difference. Will definitely be coming back soon!

  This location gets everything right. Lobby and massage rooms create a relaxing ambiance, friendly and nice staff, and competitive pricing on memberships. I was seen by Lewis and he was ultimately the reason I signed up for a membership. He took the info I shared on my problem areas, day to day habits and was able to apply it to my massage. Happy to have booked this random appointment and found my new massage spot!

  The staff was warm and welcoming, and my massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and focused on exactly the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. The entire experience felt luxurious yet approachable, and you can tell they truly care about creating a peaceful escape for their clients. If you’re in the Lower Greenville area and need a reset, I highly recommend checking them out. Easily a 5-star experience!

  I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my first and I been having extreme hip pain so i decided to book an appointment. Everything was very smooth Mr Rick was very kind and understanding to my pain. He was so amazing I asked to extend my 50min to 80 mins. It was no problem.He was also very respectful. I will definitely be coming back during my pregnancy and requesting him to. 🩵

  My therapist was Nikki, and this was by far the most upsetting and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I had to ask for basic amenities like an eye cover and lavender at the start of the session, which already set a poor tone. About 20 minutes into the massage, I politely asked for more pressure—something that should be a normal and expected request. Instead, the therapist became visibly annoyed, abruptly stopped the session, and told me to wait out front in the lobby. I was left shocked, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve been to Now Massage locations all across the DFW metroplex and have never experienced anything close to this. This was a horrible experience, and I’m extremely disappointed.
