  I would one millllion percent recommend! Emily did my second lobe piercings today and she was amazing! I barely felt anything and she walked me through the entire process, it was honestly as quick and painless as I could have possibly hoped. It was very reasonably priced too and you have the option to directly tip your piercer which I think is great :) can’t wait to come back!!

  I came in as a walk in and the staff was super accommodating. Emily was my piercer and she did a wonderful job. I hadn’t had a cartilage piercing before, and when I came in to get a daith she was incredibly helpful with explaining the process, making me feel comfortable, and making the experience quick and much easier than I could have expected. She worked quickly and the (minimal) pain was over in a matter of seconds. She’s clearly very talented and knowledgeable, and educated me on the healing process and necessary aftercare. Thanks for a great experience!

  I went with some friends last week to the Lovers Lane location to get a new piercing and change out a post from a prior piercing. I’ll start with the positives: the staff was polite, helpful, and timely with the appointments and their jewelry is always high quality and stylish. Unfortunately, the experience was not great beyond that. I purchased an 8mm pave clicker to match the one I already had in my left lobe and paid the change fee to have them swap the stud out for the clicker in my right lobe. It wasn’t until I got home and looked closely that I realized they put in a 10mm in my right ear instead of matching the 8mm from my left ear. So now I have an unmatched set. On top of that, they pierced the wrong ear for my friend! She asked for a rook in one and a conch on the other but they ended up piercing the same ear for both. I can’t even see if they will swap my 10mm for an 8mm if I were to go back to the store since you can’t reach an actual person on the phone. Overall, not a good customer experience. Their products are great but service leaves something to be desired.
