  I had a really nice time at this location. When I walked in someone asked me if I needed help finding anything and I said no and she politely stepped away and wasn't overbearing at all. Very clean location, I got the sample of the perfumes, really look around and take my time. When I checked out the young lady was so bubbly and sweet. Customer service has changed so much and it was nice to get that old school kindness again in customer service. I purchased The Ordinary Niacinamide Serum and the price was extremely reasonable. I also received all of these wonderful little samples in the picture.

  This store is all about the sale not the customers. I asked about the Fame in Love and the 1st employee lied to me and said “this the last one” and as my friend is shopping around she sold 2 more. To add insult to injury as I had no intention of buying any other perfume I found another scent I liked. They however did not have the size I want in store. So the representative told me that she came have it to me by Saturday after I said I could go to another location and that was a lie. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to return it since I’m already going to buy it somewhere else on Saturday. I feel cheated and like I was just some goal they attempted to reach. I swear!

  I am so happy that I walked into this location today and was greeted by Daiyana. I work in sales and it was refreshing to see someone so genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed but for an affordable price as well. She took the time to build a skin care routine that I feel confident using and then helped me pick out everything else I was needing for my face makeup. She spent over an hour with me and was beyond helpful. I would recommend her for anyone needing any type of skincare or makeup suggestions!

  Went in for an exchange (charlotte tilbury concealer) and the employee was super helpful and nice. He helped color match me (perfectly by the way) and helped me find another location that had my right shade in stock. Would be coming back again!
